Owner & Founder

As the founder of Newcome Event & Wedding Services, Eliana loves getting to know each client, learning their vision, and watching it all come to life. Her favorite wedding details are centerpieces and setting up reception tables, and her ideal wedding atmosphere is always a party. She loves the moment when the formalities are over, everyone can relax, and the celebration truly begins.

Eliana believes clients should choose Newcome Event & Wedding Services because she understands just how important these moments are. She may be a business professional, but she is also a wife who has planned her own wedding and knows what it feels like to trust someone with such a meaningful day. Her goal is to make every client feel supported, understood, and confident throughout the process.

Outside of Newcome Event & Wedding Services, Eliana is a wife to Chandler, affectionately known as the Big Man, and mom to Wesley and Emmett. When she’s not planning events, she’s spending time with her family or dreaming about her next destination wedding adventure. Her current wishlist includes Naples, Las Vegas, Mackinac Island, Montana, the Pacific Northwest, and Alaska.

Chelsea Gardner

Coordinator/Planner

Chelsea has been part of Newcome Event & Wedding Services for three years and serves as a Coordinator and Planner. She loves watching all the tiny details come together and seeing a couple truly experience the happiest beginning of their lives. Her favorite wedding-day moment is watching the groom see his bride for the first time and seeing the love wash over his face. She especially loves personalized touches throughout a wedding, from name signs and photos to the little details that make a celebration feel uniquely yours.

Quirky, determined, and energetic are three words Chelsea would use to describe herself. Couples can expect her to back them and protect the integrity of their day 100% of the way. Their vision and priorities matter, and she will make sure their day unfolds the way they want it to. One of her favorite wedding memories was when a couple surprised their entire wedding party and guests by announcing they were expecting a baby boy. She also has a background in photography, which adds another creative perspective to the way she approaches weddings.

Outside of weddings, Chelsea is a dog mom to Honey, serves amazing food and drinks at Longhorn Steakhouse, and can almost always be found with a Diet Coke in hand. What she loves most about working with the Newcome Event & Wedding Services team is how naturally everyone works together. There is no delay or miscommunication because everyone shares one common goal: making each event as successful and special as possible. And one thing she never forgets to bring? Gum and mints, because sometimes it’s the little things that save the day.

ERica Ellis

Coordinator

Erica loves being part of someone’s special day and helping bring all the planning, details, and excitement together. She especially loves first looks, but her favorite part of a wedding day is the ceremony, when all the planning and worry melt away and two people begin their next chapter together. Determined, flexible, and hardworking, Erica always puts her clients’ needs first and brings a calm, capable presence to every event.

Before joining Newcome Event & Wedding Services, Erica worked in the medical field and gained experience assisting with high-volume weddings. She now works as a part-time nanny in addition to coordinating, and her experiences have taught her how to thrive in high-stress situations while staying flexible and focused. One of her favorite wedding memories was a couple in their late 60s who found their way back to each other after more than 40 years apart. Their elegant, timeless wedding was a beautiful reminder that some love stories are worth waiting for.

What Erica loves most about the Newcome Event & Wedding Services team is how everyone brings unique strengths and expertise to the table, allowing them to build on each other and create something even better together. Outside of events, Erica is a wife and mom to three kids. And one thing she has learned along the way? Never leave without safety pins.

Alyssa MaGuire

Coordinator/Planner

Alyssa is one of those people who lights up every room she walks into with her bubbly personality and contagious smile. Hardworking, outgoing, and incredibly detail-oriented, she has a true talent for bringing wedding visions to life, along with some seriously killer decorating skills. When she’s not helping create unforgettable celebrations, Alyssa works as a medical assistant, showcasing the same dedication and care in everything she does. In her free time, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and cuddling up with her cat. Her positive attitude, creativity, and passion for people make her an invaluable part of our team.

Chandler Newcome

The Big Man. There isn’t much to say about Chandler and if you know him, he also doesnt have a lot to say! We don’t use him often unless we need heavy lifting. This guy can build anything, lift anything and as the Husband to our Owner/Founder Eliana, Chandler supports her dream and helps in any way possible. If you see him at one of your events, it means business!

Khloe Wilson

Event Assistant

As the youngest member of our team, Khloe brings incredible ambition, creativity, and a strong work ethic to every event. While she may be quiet at first, her decorating skills speak for themselves. She loves helping transform venues for weddings and special events and enjoys watching all the final details come together beautifully. During the week, Khloe is a dedicated high school student, but on weekends, she’s an invaluable part of our event team, always ready to jump in and help make each celebration a success.
